The Community Counseling Center is a Georgia Medicaid, Mental Health
Core Provider that primarily serves indigent children, adolescents, and their families.
The Community Child and Adolescent Services Center seeks to serve Georgia children, adolescents, and their families in need of mental health and addiction services as defined by the
Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD)
The Community Child and Adolescent Services Center offers a full range of coordinated mental health and community support services including:
• Individual Counseling
• Group Counseling
• Family Counseling
• Community Support
• Psychiatric Services
• Nursing Services
• Medication Evaluation
• Case Management
• Behavioral Assessment
Typical consumers served are between 5 and 21 years of age.
Service for those between the ages of 18-21 years of age is determined on a case-by-case basis by a treatment team of mental health professionals upon approval by the Department of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Addictive Diseases (MHDDAD).
